Weymouth Town Councilor at Large, Fred Happel, Fund Raiser:
The best #weepub opened their doors to help a wee Foundation make money for children with life limiting diseases and special needs….., and WOW, did we do that.
Preliminary counts are showing that just under $10,000 was raised at the ~Purple Shamrock Project~ event at the Cottage Bar. Thank you to Fred Happel for hosting this event to benefit the Foundation.
Thank you to everyone that purchased a shamrock, a T-shirt, raffles, made a donation or came out to the event to support.
Thank you our family and friends who help us work and run these events for the Foundation, selling raffles and merchandise and being overall the best family and friends. We are blessed. We couldn’t do it without you.
Thank you to the Weymouth Firefighters for coming to the event in a fire truck and making a generous donation to the Foundation.
Thank you to Kelly’s Men, the awesome band that performed at the event. They made a generous donation to the Foundation.
Thank you to the outstanding group of girls who performed Irish Step dancing.
